This small 3D and 14K gold over solid sterling silver heart looks as good on the back as it does on the front! It reminds me of a small brighton heart that you see on their watches etc. It has a pretty slightly elongated shape. It is about 14 mm tall and 10 mm wide and 4 mm deep.
