This sterling silver cake charm looks like a two layer round cake with a piece missing. It is decorated says Birthday on the side and has one Yellow tip enamel candle. The charm is about 14 mm in diameter and 10 mm tall and 17 mm long with fixed ring. It is hollow on the bottom.
