This sterling silver charm says I (heart) to Twirl on a heart. The inside heart is cut out. It is solid and heavy! It is 18 mm tall and 18 mm wide. The finish on the front of these charm is not the quality that I would like so I am discounting them by 25%. I will send you the best one left of this batch.
